Yes, a referral from a GP, specialist, or allied health professional is required for all new client bookings. This allows our team to review your medical history, triage your case appropriately, and confirm our specialised adult services are the right fit.

Yes, we work with agency-managed, self-managed, and plan-managed NDIS participants for in-clinic, community, and telehealth services.

Yes. Metered street parking and local car parks are located directly along Parry Street. Free 3-hour parking is also available nearby at the Marketown West Car Park. The building is fully accessible with step-free lift access to Suite 11.

VFSS assessments are conducted in partnership with local radiology clinics. Following a medical referral and an initial clinical consultation with your speech pathologist, your speech pathologist will perform the dynamic X-ray assessment alongside a radiographer to evaluate your swallowing anatomy, physiology (swallowing movements), safety and evaluate aspiration risk.

Yes, we provide online telehealth consultations for voice, speech, language, breathing, swallowing, and fluency services to clients across New South Wales and Australia.

Our primary practice is located in Newcastle (Suite 11, Key West Building, 69 Parry Street, Newcastle West). We also conduct visiting consulting clinics at St Vincent's Clinic in Darlinghurst, Sydney, approximately every 6 weeks.

We provide comprehensive Australia-wide telehealth consultations. For Sydney and regional clients, telehealth provides continuous, uninterrupted care between physical visits so your therapy remains on track.

We provide specialised assessment, diagnosis, and management across all areas of adult speech pathology, including speech clarity, language impairments (aphasia), voice disorders, breathing and upper airway conditions, and swallowing safety.

If a patient does not arrive or cancels with short notice, 100% of the session fee will be charged. A cancellation is considered short notice if:
You do not show up for a scheduled appointment within a reasonable time.
You are not present at the agreed location within a reasonable time for a mobile or home visit.
You provide less than one (1) clear business day notice. A clear business day means a full 24-hour period (excluding weekends and public holidays), excluding both the day notice is given and the day of the appointment.
