Fees

Our fees are based on the type and length of service provided. A full fee schedule is available upon request. We participate in Medicare, NDIS, and private health fund rebates where applicable. Please contact our reception team for current fees and payment options.

Short Notice Cancellation (or no show) policy

If the patient does not arrive (no show) or cancels with short notice, 100% of the fee associated with the session will be charged. A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the patient:

  • Does not show up for a scheduled appointment within a reasonable time, OR

  • Is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the Speech Pathologist is traveling to deliver the session; OR

  • Has given less than one (1) clear business day notice of cancellation for an appointment. A clear business day means a complete period of 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) excluding the day when notice is given or deemed to be given and the day for which it is to take effect.
