We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW).
Information We Collect
We collect personal and health information necessary to provide safe and effective speech pathology services.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to deliver assessment and therapy, communicate with you and your referrers, process payments, and maintain clinical records.
CCTV / Video Surveillance
We use security cameras in common areas (reception, waiting room, and corridors) for the safety and security of patients and staff.
Audio recording is disabled.
Footage is stored securely and automatically deleted after 30 days, unless required for a legitimate incident or legal obligation.
Sharing Your Information
We may share relevant health information with other treating professionals (e.g. your GP or specialists) with your consent or where permitted by law.
Data Retention
We retain health records for at least 7 years from your last consultation (or until age 25 if you were under 18 at the time of service), in line with NSW requirements.

You can request access to or correction of your information by contacting us.
